BOOKING &#038; APPOINTMENTS<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Appointments are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from SL Luxe Group.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>For selected services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Please ensure all booking information provided is accurate.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">2. CANCELLATION &#038; RESCHEDULING<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours&#8217; notice.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">Deposits may be forfeited for:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 No-shows<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours&#8217; notice<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes <span class=\"addon-tag\">(Subject to staff availability)<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">3. BEAUTY SERVICES<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">Clients should inform us of:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Allergies<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Skin conditions<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Eye infections<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Medical conditions<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Pregnancy <span class=\"addon-tag\">(Where applicable)<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>SL Luxe Group is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Results may vary depending on individual skin, lashes, nails, and aftercare.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">5. NAIL SERVICES<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Please inspect your nails before leaving.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Complimentary fixes are available within 3 days for workmanship-related issues only.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper aftercare is not covered.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">6. LASH EXTENSIONS<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Refills are only applicable for existing sets completed within our recommended refill period.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Loss of extensions due to natural shedding is normal and not considered a defect.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">7. CLEANING SERVICES<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Cleaning services are based on the selected package and allocated time.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">We do not guarantee the removal of:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Permanent stains<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Paint damage<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Mould embedded beneath surfaces<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Rust damage<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Water damage<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Existing wear and tear<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Some stains may be permanent despite professional cleaning.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">8. ACCESS TO PROPERTY<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>If cleaners are unable to gain access at the scheduled appointment time, waiting charges or cancellation fees may apply.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the appointment.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">9. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>If you are dissatisfied with any completed service, please notify us within 24 hours.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">Where appropriate, we may offer:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Re-cleaning<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Service touch-up<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Partial refund<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Service credit<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>The appropriate remedy will be determined at our discretion after review.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">10. LIABILITY<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">While we exercise reasonable care, SL Luxe Group shall not be liable for:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Pre-existing damage<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Normal wear and tear<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Hidden defects<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Damage caused by incorrect customer instructions<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">11. HEALTH &#038; SAFETY<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Conditions are unsafe<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Aggressive behaviour is encountered<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Hazardous materials are present<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Illegal activities are observed<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">12. PETS<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>We are pet-friendly.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Clients are responsible for ensuring pets are safely managed during the appointment where necessary.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">13. PHOTOGRAPHS<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>With the client&#8217;s permission, before-and-after photographs may be taken for quality assurance and marketing purposes.<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Clients may request not to have any photographs taken.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">14. PERSONAL DATA<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-subhead\">SL Luxe Group collects personal information solely for:<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Booking appointments<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Customer communication<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Invoicing<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>\u2022 Service delivery<\/span><\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>Your information will not be sold to third parties.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">15. FORCE MAJEURE<\/div>\n      <div class=\"terms-item\"><span>We shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.<\/span><\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"terms-card\">\n      <div class=\"column-title\">16.
