Welcome to SL Luxe Group Pte. Ltd. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from SL Luxe Group.
For selected services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Please ensure all booking information provided is accurate.
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Deposits may be forfeited for:
• No-shows
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice
• Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes (Subject to staff availability)
3. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept:
• PayNow
• Bank Transfer
• Cash
• Other payment methods as made available
Invoices are issued upon request.
4. BEAUTY SERVICES
Clients should inform us of:
• Allergies
• Skin conditions
• Eye infections
• Medical conditions
• Pregnancy (Where applicable)
SL Luxe Group is not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
Results may vary depending on individual skin, lashes, nails, and aftercare.
5. NAIL SERVICES
Please inspect your nails before leaving.
Complimentary fixes are available within 3 days for workmanship-related issues only.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper aftercare is not covered.
6. LASH EXTENSIONS
Please arrive with clean lashes free of makeup.
Refills are only applicable for existing sets completed within our recommended refill period.
Loss of extensions due to natural shedding is normal and not considered a defect.
7. CLEANING SERVICES
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises.
Cleaning services are based on the selected package and allocated time.
We do not guarantee the removal of:
• Permanent stains
• Paint damage
• Mould embedded beneath surfaces
• Rust damage
• Water damage
• Existing wear and tear
Some stains may be permanent despite professional cleaning.
8. ACCESS TO PROPERTY
If cleaners are unable to gain access at the scheduled appointment time, waiting charges or cancellation fees may apply.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the appointment.
9. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are dissatisfied with any completed service, please notify us within 24 hours.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• Re-cleaning
• Service touch-up
• Partial refund
• Service credit
The appropriate remedy will be determined at our discretion after review.
10. LIABILITY
While we exercise reasonable care, SL Luxe Group shall not be liable for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Hidden defects
• Damage caused by incorrect customer instructions
• Loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
11. HEALTH & SAFETY
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
• Conditions are unsafe
• Aggressive behaviour is encountered
• Hazardous materials are present
• Illegal activities are observed
12. PETS
We are pet-friendly.
Clients are responsible for ensuring pets are safely managed during the appointment where necessary.
13. PHOTOGRAPHS
With the client’s permission, before-and-after photographs may be taken for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
Clients may request not to have any photographs taken.
14. PERSONAL DATA
SL Luxe Group collects personal information solely for:
• Booking appointments
• Customer communication
• Invoicing
• Service delivery
Your information will not be sold to third parties.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
