No. We bring our own professional equipment and cleaning products unless otherwise requested.
How long does cleaning take?
This depends on the size and condition of the property. Estimated durations will be provided during booking.
Do I need to stay during the cleaning process?
No, as long as access arrangements have been made in advance.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Cash.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits.
Are your products suitable for homes with pets and children?
We use professional-grade cleaning products from our own SL Luxe Supply line of tools and solutions, commonly used in residential environments. However, individual sensitivities can vary, and we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for all pets or children. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific product preferences before your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate. We also recommend keeping pets and young children away from the area during cleaning to ensure their safety and comfort.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. We can issue invoices for both personal and corporate customers upon request.

How do I book a beauty appointment?

How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care, lash extensions typically last 3-4 weeks. We recommend coming in for a fill every 2-3 weeks to maintain the fullness.
What is included in a deep cleaning service?
Deep cleaning includes thorough cleaning of all rooms, kitchen deep clean (cabinets, appliances, grease removal), bathroom descaling, window cleaning, light switches, door frames, skirting boards, and detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas.
When will the Supply division be available?
